The 1200 Bellevue Way project, occupying a 2.6 acre site in downtown Bellevue, consists of nine three-story wood framed buildings with 49 townhome units. The residential units and the courtyard share a common concrete lid slab over one level of below grade parking. The plans have been submitted for permit & construction will begin this fall.
